Our journey began with a simple yet profound realization: True innovation thrives when visionaries are empowered with the right resources, networks, and capital. Operating as a globally distributed organization with key hubs in the United Arab Emirates and Switzerland, and extending across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, we leverage our international presence to identify and nurture opportunities in emerging markets.
We draw from our own privately sourced funds, supplemented by a robust consortium, to deploy capital efficiently and effectively. Our collaborations with premier global financial institutions enable us to design bespoke funding vehicles that address critical infrastructure needs, driving economic and social progress. To date, we’ve allocated over $2 billion to more than 24 projects through 13 SPVs and joint ventures, while actively evaluating 40 additional opportunities in our pipeline. With the addition of $5 billion in secured private capital, we’re expanding our reach into Latin America, Southeast Asia, and Europe, focusing on AI-integrated and tokenized initiatives that amplify purpose-driven impact.
